Siva estates was founded in 2005 by Mr.SivaRamaKrishnan headquartered in Chennai and offers a wide range of residential apartments, villas and plots. Siva estates has vast experience in the construction field servicing over 60+happy customers and has completed over 60,000 sq.ft of constructed projects.

We strictly adhere to the rules and regulations imposed by CMDA (Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority) without any violation. All property documents are strictly validated and proper approvals are obtained.
